From concept to market.

Austin Jones came up in CBD and hemp product manufacturing before founding Flow State Consulting in April 2024. Since then the company has generated millions of dollars in sales and created a distribution network spanning over 200 clients.

We manage customer relationships, close deals, and bring accounts new products as they become relevant. We assist clients in building their brands with white label services from start to finish, including design, packaging and distribution. We maintain daily interactions with our suppliers to ensure consistency, and communicate any changes to customers before they're affected. And our sales team handles appointment setting and closes deals independently.

We have successfully developed and launched over 150 unique consumer products across diverse industries and brands. Most of our supply runs through US distributors and manufacturers, and we source internationally when it makes sense: electric fans from Shenzhen, art glass from Chiang Mai, JDM bass fishing lures from Japan.

Austin runs the company internationally for most of the year, which led to our sister company, Borderfree Advisory, for business owners who want to do the same.
