Where do you source from?
Most of our supply comes through established US distributors and manufacturers, which keeps lead times short and replenishment reliable. For products that are better or cheaper made abroad, we source directly from factories in China, Thailand and Japan.
What are typical minimum order quantities?
Minimums depend on the product and the factory. Electronics and packaging usually start in the hundreds to thousands of units. White-label programs can start lower because the product is already in production. You'll receive confirmed minimums with the quote.
How is a sourcing engagement priced?
Each project is quoted before you commit. The quote shows our fee, the factory price and the estimated landed cost.
Do you manage shipping and customs?
Yes. We coordinate freight and customs so product arrives where you need it: your warehouse, a 3PL, or directly with a distributor.
How do you verify a factory?
We verify the business, compare quotes from more than one supplier, require an approved sample before production, and inspect goods against that sample before they ship.
